Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time usually 3-5minutes. Yin is a great way to begin your yoga journey or even to deepen it. Yin is quite and peaceful, we hold these relaxing postures for long periods of times to lengthen the connective tissues and increase flexibility as we target the deepest tissues of our body.

*Prenatal Yoga*
I offer prenatal yoga upon request to mamas via zoom or in person. This is an amazing way to invite space, movement & breath into our bodies while we go through on of our hugest transitions. We work through postures that will help us when the time comes and the portal opens for our sweet babes to join us earth side. Message for more information!

Private yoga is a great way to deepen your yoga practice, study self, enhance skills, and engage in self care. If you are new to yoga, this is a fantastic way to learn the fundamentals of the practice. Private yoga sessions are thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs. In a private yoga session we can explore anything you are wanting to learn or expand on to! Semi-private yoga sessions are also available and offer a unique opportunity to connect with a partner, friend, daughter, etc.
